Everything on this site and in our programs is general financial education. It is not investment advice, legal advice, or individualized financial, accounting, or tax advice. It does not take your particular circumstances into account, because we do not know them.
AZ Does Taxes is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. We do not recommend specific securities. We do not manage money. We do not receive commissions for directing you to any investment, product, or platform.
What we do is explain how the vehicles work — what a Solo 401(k), SEP-IRA, Roth IRA, HSA, brokerage account, or RSU grant actually is, how each one is taxed, and the general order in which people commonly fund them. Deciding what to do with your own money remains entirely yours. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified fiduciary financial adviser, and for legal questions, a licensed attorney in your state.

A professional relationship with AZ Does Taxes begins only when both of us sign a written engagement letter describing the specific services, the scope, and the fee. Communications outside such an engagement — including emails, course forum posts, and questions answered on a group call — are general education and are not confidential or privileged. Please do not send us sensitive personal or financial information through this website.
We make no promise about what you will earn, save, or accumulate. Any figure used on this site or in our materials is either clearly labeled as illustrative, or is a real figure with its source stated.
Where we publish a testimonial, it reflects that individual's own experience and is not a guarantee that you will get a similar result. Your outcome depends on your income, your expenses, your debts, your decisions, market conditions, and how much of the work you actually do.
The Prosperity Playbook is a free spreadsheet tool provided as is. It is a calculator and an organizing aid, not a financial plan and not a substitute for professional advice.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you enter and for checking the output before acting on it. Spreadsheets can contain errors; if you find one, please tell us. Your data stays in your own copy of the file and is never transmitted to us — see the Privacy Policy.
You may use the Playbook for your own personal finances, and you may share the original download link with anyone. You may not sell it, repackage it, strip our branding from it, or distribute modified copies.
Prices for programs are shown on the relevant page and are in US dollars. Where a payment plan is offered, you authorize us to charge each scheduled installment to your payment method. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your card details.

Program access is personal to you and non-transferable. Sharing your login or course materials with people who have not purchased them is grounds for ending your access without a refund.
Live calls and classes are held on the published schedule. We may reschedule a session with reasonable notice; recordings are provided where the session format allows.
The content of this site and our programs — text, spreadsheets, worksheets, slides, video, and the AZ Does Taxes name and marks — belongs to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may use everything we give you for your own personal and business finances. You may not republish it, sell it, teach it as your own material, feed it into a product you sell, or distribute it to people who have not purchased it. If you would like to use something of ours publicly, just ask — the answer is often yes.
Don't use this site to break the law, impersonate anyone, scrape it at volume, submit other people's email addresses, upload malicious code, or interfere with its operation. In community spaces attached to a program, treat other members' financial details as confidential and don't solicit them.
We link to banks, brokerages, calculators, and other resources as a convenience. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or their terms, and a link is not an endorsement. If we ever have a financial relationship with a company we recommend, we will disclose it on the page where the recommendation appears.
The site, the Playbook, and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any calculation or statement is free from error.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZ Does Taxes and anyone working with us will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost savings, investment losses, or tax penalties, arising out of your use of this site or our educational materials — even if we were told such damages were possible.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a program is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that program in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you paid us nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will change, and material changes will be emailed to subscribers and program members. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes never apply retroactively to a purchase you already made.
